I have over 25 years professional HR experience working initially in the Mining Industry and eventually working in one of the top 4 Audit and Professional Consulting firms locally.   Most recently I have had an opportunity to work as an Associate Consultant for one of the local renown Independent Consulting Firms in Gaborone, Botswana. I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose and always striving for simple and workable solutions in order to create value for my clients.
